Events may be cancelled at least 30 days with a full refund. Events cancelled less than 30 days will receive a refund of any amounts over the NON REFUNDABLE down payment. If your down payment is not refunded it can be applied to another EVENT ONLY within 1 year of the original date. Refunds are not transferrable to other customers. If we can rebook your cancelled event, we can refund your down payment regardless of the date of cancellation
We offer unlimited guests. You will not be charged for extra guests to one of our parties. However, please keep in mind that we do have a limited number of tables and chairs in each room. We do not have extra tables or chairs and we can not move them from other party rooms. Please check with your specific room for a count of chairs and tables.
No, we only ask that adults and larger kids give right of way to smaller guests. Also every person enters one of our inflatables to wear socks and NO shoes!
Yes, you are allowed to bring your own food and drinks. We do prohibit alcohol on our property.
No. We are open to the public for open play as well as our private parties. Open play guests may use every area of the facility except the private reserved rooms.
